Great Book for the Girl on the Go!

Life can get pretty hectic for you multi-tasking women out there. You always need to seek out some much deserved downtime. Why not curl up with a book and a cup of green tea in the comfort of your own home, or find a nice bench in the middle of the park to escape in some reading. Here is a recommendation from my literary adventures!
EAT PRAY LOVE written by Elizabeth Gilbert is a must read for every woman. It is an intimate account of the author’s spiritual, emotional, and literal journey through several years in her life. Page by page we witness her growth as she has adventures in India, Indonesia and Italy over the span of a year. Not only do we learn a great deal about these different countries and their cultures, but we learn so much about Elizabeth’s victory over depression, her insights on romance, and how she experienced a higher power for the first time. With all of her experiences and life phases, every woman is sure to find an identifiable quality in this wonderful book. It is truly an inspiring read.
So, whether it’s loosing yourself in a story, catching some sun on the beach, or relaxing in a warm bubble bath, every woman needs to leave her busy life behind for a little while each week. Make sure you take time today to reward yourself for all of your hard work with a much needed break!
